The nice thing about it is you can actually uninstall some fonts without Windows saying the font is currently in use. In our day-to-day lives, we walk through the world placing everything we see into a category.
The new Fonts tool is under Personalization in Windows Settings. Repeat the process for every style you think you have, then look at every font file and move it into the genre folder it’s closest to.

I quit using Suitcase after a big UI (user interface) upgrade in 2016 or so that I didn’t like, and many other designers didn’t either. Create a new folder, INSIDE your main font folder (the one you just created if you didn’t already have one), and label it something like serif or handwritten. I also didn’t love the annual subscription.

Windows 10 received an update to its own font management tool. The features were the same as before, but the way you searched through and saw previews of all your fonts changed in a way that actually made it harder (for me) to use the app. There used to be a 100 font limit but Adobe removed that recently. If you have an entire collection visible in the scroll list it slows CorelDRAW down to a crawl while you're looking for a certain typeface. Then you can use the filter settings within CorelDRAW to show or hide various fonts. One of the very best font managers, the best quality/price ratio imo. You organize your collection within Font Navigator. Fantastic peace of software, does the job, many features, simple, the UI is good, the price is spot on for premium. This should include fonts activated by FontBase and Adobe Creative Cloud. The nice thing about using Font Navigator with CorelDRAW is you don't have to mess with manually installing or uninstalling fonts like crazy. I am trying to get a list of all activated fonts.
